Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.

Lagos: 1–2 business days
Other states: 3–5 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select destinations. Delivery timelines vary by country and are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or unavailability of the recipient, the customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.
